Our testimonials tell the story

Tasmanian Dairy Products

Malcolm Flint | Reliability Manager

“I would like to thank your team for the quick turnaround of the recent maintenance work required on our MVR 710kw fan motor. The problem as you know was alerted to us by the vibration analysis on our equipment that is completed three monthly by your team. As this was done in the peak of our season and with a strict time frame it was reassuring to have you experienced guys to safely perform the work. As we have several different drives on site and limited down time for repairs the preventative maintenance program we have in place with Alpha allows for early detection of potential failures. Again I would like to thank you company for your support during the year.”

WEG is our current and has been our preferred motor of choice for quite some time in the concentrator with a very good record. (motors ranging from .75KW to over 500KW). We also have some WEG drives installed and the response and support we have been given from both Alpha and WEG in regards to any questions about maintenance, upcoming projects or troubleshooting has been quick and of helpful nature. Knowing that we have a branch of knowledgeable and trained technical support and trades people based in Burnie is reassuring for a quick turnaround if we were to have any issues with not only WEG equipment but others brands as well here in Rosebery I look forward to continuing our partnership into the future.”
